History of Center of Student Service and Development (CSSD)

 

CSSD is a unit of the undergraduate program of Islamic Education in implementing student quality and support by gaining student skills in the field of research and at the same time having global class competence. Activities and activities at CSSD are designed to be sustainable and are intended entirely for student satisfaction. CSSD has been carefully designed since March 9, 2020, however, efforts and activities with the same spirit have been carried out since PAI was established. The launching and the first writing workshop activities were carried out in July 2020.

Description of CSSD

 

CSSD has become an autonomous unit for students under the auspices of the undergraduate program of Islamic Education (PAI). As a Center for Student Service and Development, CSSD encourages quality improvement and excellent service, namely creating a learning environment that encourages the quality of student learning so that educational and research activities become conducive, as well as providing services to students in increasing competence and international scale activities through collaborative activities with lecturers and other students such as in research.
 
This CSSD is expected to create more potential development activities and student scientific works on a national and international scale with collaboration between students and between students and lecturers. Furthermore, CSSD held international events initiated by students and further increased student participation in scientific conferences abroad through student capacity development activities. Therefore, CSSD can provide insight and skills to prospective PAI graduates who have skills in collaborative work, understanding of designing activities, the ability to conduct research and presentations on an international scale.

Routine Activities/Regular Work Program

 

  • Facilitate the development of student potential in the extracurricular field
  • Facilitating the implementation of co-curricular programs
  • Information center for scholarship resources and scientific activities that students can participate in
  • Organizing seminars or conferences and workshops regarding the creation and publication of scientific papers, scholarship opportunities, short courses, future job opportunities and student-level competitions/competitions
